The good stuff

I used the same segments for ads and emails without reworking anything. That’s rare.

The not-so-good

It’s not free, and the pricing gets steep fast if you’re sending a lot of emails. The basic plan is okay, but you’ll hit limits quickly if you’re doing regular SMS campaigns. And while the interface isn’t bad, it feels a bit dated compared to newer tools. No mobile app either - so if you’re always on the go, you’ll have to check your phone from a browser. Also, the support team responds fast, but their knowledge base is… sparse. Had to dig through old forum posts to figure out how to track custom events. Not ideal for beginners.

Bottom line

If you’re running a WooCommerce store and want smarter email and SMS campaigns without spending a ton of time on it, Klaviyo for WordPress is a solid pick. It’s not perfect, but it does the job better than most alternatives I’ve tried. Worth the download if you’re ready to move past spammy blasts and start actually talking to customers. Just know the price jumps as you scale. And yeah, it’s one of those tools with 13,000+ brands using it - that’s not a coincidence. For business-productivity folks on WordPress, this is a go-to. Don’t skip it if you’re serious about growth.
