It’s not perfect. The interface is clean, sure, but it feels a little dated compared to modern apps like Teams or Discord. There’s no dark mode, which bugs me after a few hours of screen time. And while the chat history syncs across devices, I’ve noticed it sometimes takes a few seconds to load older messages-especially if there are a lot of files shared.

Also, the app doesn’t support file sharing beyond a certain size limit, which is annoying if you’re sending design mockups or reports. You have to use a cloud link instead, which is extra steps. If you’re used to dragging files directly into Slack or Teams, this feels clunky.

And hey, it’s not exactly flashy. No custom themes, no emoji reactions, nothing fun. If you’re looking for personality in your work app, this isn’t it. But then again, it’s not supposed to be.
